Key Performace Indicators

We have used some of the Construction Industry Key Performance Indicators to monitor and benchmark our performance on construction projects over the past three years.

We measure our performance against the industry KPI's and bespoke internal KPI's by means of a survey of our clients, using Post Contract Analysis of Performance Questionnaires. These are measured for all our construction projects.
