We became accredited as an Investor in People in March 2002 and still remain accredited.

Our commitment to the standard has brought real benefits to the company. By significantly improving employee communication, involving staff in the business plan process, and investing in training and development, the company is well-placed to meet the changes and new initiatives within the industry.

Our Personnel Director has also been invited to speak at a number of CITB events across the region in order to encourage more construction companies to become IIP accredited.
