
Customer Care Commitment Post Completion Service
As a Chartered Building Company and accredited Investor in People, our customers are always considered first when Conlon are managing all elements of the construction process. Should there be any changes or complaints , during construction or after completion then we will ensure that matters are dealt with in a fair and professional manner. Where possible, we endeavour to eliminate problems or resolve them before they occur.
We do provide a customer care service prior to contract completion (within the final month) through our customer care manager (CCM). She will attend the site with contracts manager to be introduced to the client and/or his advisors who will be responsible for the future mangement of the building. On completion our CCM will become the client's first point of contact for any issues relating to the new building.
We believe constant dialogue is the key to improving our customer realtionships and procedures are in place to record, monitor and respond to any complaints to ensure complainants have positive feedback as to our response and actions.
